Return and Refunds

Only!!Yes!poho’s paid member guests are eligible for refunds & have 365 days from the date of purchase to return the Product.The following conditions, however apply to products that are eligible for a return:
  1. Product must be unworn
  2. In the state it was received
  3. In original packaging
  4. Any additional service such as blouse/fall stitching that alters the original condition of the product is not eligible for return or exchange.
  5. Any free items included in the original shipping should also be returned.

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, and place it in a shipping box. Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

For the vast majority of returns, we provide a Gift certificate which you can avail for later purchase and avail any additional discounts in addition to your Gift certificate. However, there may be times when you require amount to be credited to your account and it takes about 10-45 Business Days for us to get your package at our fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. In addition, you may be charged restocking fees of up to INR400, which will be explained at the time of Refund. However, should you avail Gift Certificate, we will waive off the Re-stocking fees and the entire amount of Refund can be used as Gift certificate.

If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Yes!poho’s non-members (members who have not paid membership) may be eligible for exchange based on the following conditions –
  1.  All non-members will be allowed to exchange within 15 days of purchase. Exchange is allowed only if the product you received is damaged or not as shown in the pic. Please call us at 1-800-103-2404
  2. Product must be unworn
  3. In the state it was received
  4. In original packaging
  5. Any additional service such as blouse/fall stitching that alters the original condition of the product is not eligible for exchange.
  6. Any free items included in the original shipping should also be returned.
  7. Made to Orders or orders that are customized based on your needs are NOT ELIGIBLE for Exchange
  8. Product that alters the original fabric before shipping will not be eligible for Exchange. WE will inspect all items that are either exchanged or Returned and will inspect and update the status of the request within 5 business days. We will call you and work with you on the next steps only after we have inspected the product.
  9. In addition, you may be charged restocking fees of up to INR400, which will be explained at the time of Exchange.
